Visit the place where time seemingly has stood still, feel the atmosphere of village life and experience the lifestyle of peasants from centuries ago, become familiar with
their work and local customs. A stroll among orchards, flower gardens and 17th-century wooden huts creates the impression of traveling back in time. This picturesque
place is home to 25 unique monuments of wooden architecture and a number of smaller pieces of historical importance. The museum comprises craft workshops, for
instance a water mill, an oil mill, a wicker workshop and a small-town complex consisting of an inn, the house of the village administrator with rich folk decor and other
examples of architecture typical of the areas around the Vistula River: manor houses, a church with a bell tower and a presbytery and a village school.
