This tour discover historical differences and specific types of architecture in Krakow.On this tour, you will visit : Nowa Huta , a town that was built for socialism, Kazimierz , former Jewish district, Old City of Krakow - walk.
Nowa Huta - founded in 1949 and centered on Poland's first integrated steelworks. You will see with its specific architecture from communisms days as well as Cistercians Monastery and church in Bieńczyce. During sightseeing you will see the Central Square - then Mogiła former village with the Monastery like an example of sacral architecture preserved very close to grey blocks for inhabitants; Entrance Gate to Metal Steelworks formerly of the name of LENIN; drive along divisions of Steelworks ; Rose Avenue, Folk Theatre, ARKA -Church.
Afterwards you go to former Jewish District Kazimierz with its synagogues and have a cup of coffee in Jewish café.
Follow up the Old City of Krakow with Cloth Halls - Sukiennice on the Great Market Square and St. Mary's Basilica where the tour finishes around 1pm.
